What we collect

• Website URLs you scan and the public signals our crawler derives from them (titles, headings, structured-data presence, robots/sitemap/llms.txt status). We only crawl publicly reachable pages.
• Your email address, when you provide it to unlock or purchase the full audit, used to attribute your audit, pre-fill checkout, and occasionally follow up about your scan results. These emails are never stored on our servers — they are forwarded once to our inbox and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Marketing tips list (opt-in only) — if you tick the "AI-visibility tips" checkbox, we add your email and the domains you scanned to our mailing list at Resend. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, unsubscribing is permanent, and re-running a scan never re-subscribes you.
• Contact-form messages — your name (optional), email, and message, delivered to our support inbox.
• Operational logs and self-hosted telemetry (request metadata, scan scores, error events) used to keep the service working. We run our own product telemetry — no third-party analytics products measure your browsing here.
• Ad measurement (X pixel) — we advertise on X (Twitter), and X's conversion pixel runs on our pages to measure whether those ads work. It may set X cookies and shares page-visit events with X Corp. This is the only third-party tracker on the site. You can block it with any content blocker (the site works fine without it) and control ad personalization in your X privacy settings.

What we don't do

• Coderax itself sets no cookies; the only cookies come from the X ad pixel described above.
• We never sell your data, and we never share it for marketing beyond the X ad-measurement pixel.
• We never see or store your card details.

Who processes data for us

• Stripe processes payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we receive a payment confirmation, your email, and the website URL you asked us to audit. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Anthropic (the Claude API) receives the public crawl-derived signals of the site being audited — never your email or payment details — to generate the written report.
• Resend delivers contact-form messages and scan lead notifications to our inbox.
• X Corp receives ad-conversion events (page visits, and purchase confirmations if you arrived from an X ad) via the X pixel. See X's privacy policy.

Retention

Generated audits are cached briefly (about 10 minutes) to serve your downloads, then regenerated on demand from your verified purchase. Purchase emails live in our payment records; scan emails live only in our inbox. Server logs and telemetry rotate on an operational schedule and never contain your email address.

Your choices

To access, correct, or delete data we hold about you, use the contact form — we'll respond within 30 days. The free scanner works without providing any personal data beyond the URL you choose to scan.
